Select an NCD section to review its coverage requirements, exclusions, and source citations.
Query Interface
Coverage logic runs server-side. The browser calls three per-NCD operations — nothing is derived or stored locally:
GET /ncdsCatalogue of NCD sections (id, title, effective date, source link).
GET /ncds/{ncd_id}Requirements checklist for one NCD — labels, inputs, and citations.
POST /ncds/{ncd_id}/evaluateAnswers in, verdict out — status, rationale, and bare citations.
For the guided interview experience, use the Coverage Checker (coverage.html).
VALIDATOR RUN — LAST BUILD
Provenance
Every requirement shown here carries a bare public citation — the NCD number,
the manual section it comes from, and a link to the published CMS source.
Open any requirement in Coverage Requirements and click Show details to see its citation and follow the link to the source NCD on cms.gov.
Exports
Registry-wide exports are not available from the browser — the encoded registry
stays server-side. Per-determination exports (verdict, answers, and citations for
a single coverage check) are available from the Coverage Checker after an evaluation.
